APD Makes Arrest in City Hall Incident

During a meeting at City Hall Monday night, Jesse Elmer Whited walked up to City Hall and threw two pieces of rock through a window at the North Entrance.  Unfortunately for Mr. Whited, the whole incident was caught on tape.  Mr. Whited is no stranger to APD (thanks to Krimelabb his arrest record can be seen here) and will be charged with criminal mischief later today.
