APD to Defer Pay Raise to Keep Cadet Class

I personally want to thank APD  for trying to do the right thing.  We need a new cadet class and the current officers union has requested to the city that a deal be worked out to cut their pay increases and allow the funds to be used to bring on more officers in to the city.   Read the Statesman story here.
