		<description>This is a very good resource.  I was blown away by the repeat offender list.  Actually, it makes me quite angry.  Looking at the few on that list that had mugshots....I&#039;ve seen several of these folks on the sidewalks in my area of downtown.  

Jack, if you&#039;re still listening - what do the &quot;proximity&quot; numbers correlate to in terms of mileage when you do a search by address.  Like, is a number 1 proximity about 0.25 miles and a number 2 proximity 0.5 miles or something like that?</description>
