According to KXAN’s ‘The Daily Blotter’, APD has arrested a man based on DNA evidence. “Documents made public Friday” by the police state “Tyrone Robinson, 32, kidnapped a woman near East Fourth and Trinity streets in the early morning hours of Oct. 14, 2008. He then drove the woman to an unknown hotel and repeatedly raped her”.
Tyrone Robinson is not yet in custody.
